With it's unique combination of beautiful
beaches, endless summers, abundant shells, seafood
and relaxed lifestyle, it is no wonder this town has become
world renowned. The safe beaches are perfect for bathing
and all water sports, making it a popular weekend getaway
and
holiday destination.
In recent years, Jeffreys Bay has experienced
substantial growth, and real estate
is now a major industry in the town. In fact, it
has comfortably exceeded the national property growth rate
for the last three years.
Notwithstanding
this, Jeffreys Bay is
still one of the most affordable coastal towns in the region,
making investing in property a very good choice.
Another good reason for investing now,
is the fact that Jeffreys Bay, being close to Port Elizabeth,
stands to benefit from the influx of participants in and
visitors to the Football
World Cup of 2010.
